If you’re more of the adventurous type of couple who loves to travel and try new things, you may want to consider a place you’ve both been longing to visit, but just haven’t had the chance! After all, a destination proposal always makes for a great story!

It’s all in the details…
Once your location is set in stone, it’s time to think about the details.
Do the most to create an incredibly romantic atmosphere! Think about how you would like your future fiancé to feel when they walk into the spot where they will be answering the biggest question of their life…and set that mood!
Romantic lighting and music is the perfect pairing for minimally enhancing your moment! Rose petals, candles, & live music are great details to start with! Luckily for you, I know a harpist who’d love to play in the background as you pop the question!
Get creative & be intentional with every detail! Setting off sparklers or displaying ‘Will you marry me?” in bright lights are ways that will figuratively leave your partner speechless, right before the ‘Yes!’.

Capture the moment!
I suggest booking a professional photographer & videographer for your proposal! Though you may remember this moment forever, it’ll be special to look back on & even show your children some day!
Include loved ones!
Having family and friends present during this once in a lifetime experience is always lovely! If you suspect your partner to fancy a more intimate proposal, consider enjoying the moment privately then celebrate with loved ones afterwards!
